The Hood County Animal Lovers Organization (HALO) is proud to host Pet Adoption Day at our Highway 377 location. HALO is not a shelter, but a group of volunteers who foster displaced animals in their homes until permanent homes can be found. Foster animals are vetted and brought to adoption sites around Hood County in search for a new loving home. No adoptable animal is ever euthanized because a permanent home could not be found.

HALO Adoption Days will be held on the following Saturdays from 10:00 am - 1:00pm:

• July 28th
• August 25th
• September 22nd
• October 27th
• November 24th
• December 22nd

The Memorial Day Veteran's Celebration will be held May 26th - May 28th, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Granbury Square!

Granbury’s Veteran’s Celebration is all about saying ” Thank You” to our veterans with families and friends to help celebrate their service to our country.  Join us all weekend for food, arts and crafts, children games and entertainment and best of all our “Veteran’s Parade” on Monday at 10:00 a.m.
